The site is permitted to <br /> receive 2000 cubic yards per day. It <br /> is operating within the permitted <br /> provisions# <br /> 17462 Special A log of special occurrences was C <br /> Occurrences maintained and kept in the gatehouse. <br /> 17463 Inspection of Records are kept at 1810 E. Hazeltorr C <br /> Records Avenue. , Stockton. I reviewed them <br /> there. <br /> STATION PERSONNEL. <br /> 17471 Availability Ten employees operate this facility. C <br /> They alternate their days off and have <br /> double coverage on Tuesdays. Five <br /> employees are usually on site. Their <br /> duties are: 1 gatekeeper; 2 <br /> loader-operators; 2 laborers. I <br /> observed no adverse conditions that <br /> were due to a lack of personnel. <br /> 17472 Training Loader-operators are trained by the C <br /> station foreman and usually have prior <br /> on the job training as laborers. <br /> There are foreman supervisory classes <br /> given by the county. <br /> 17473 Supervision There were supervisory personnel on C <br /> site.
