CAC SECTION OBSERVATIONS RESULT <br /> 17474 Attendant This facility accepts waste from 0600 C <br /> 1700. There is a gate attendant <br /> assigned to work these hours. <br /> I observed this site to be adequately <br /> attended. There was an attendant at <br /> the gate, five employees attending the <br /> tipping area, and a station supervisor <br /> on site. <br /> STATION IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> 17481 Identification - A sign was present at the entry road C <br /> Signs displaying the site name. <br /> 17482 Entry Signs Entry signs were displayed at the site C <br /> entrance. The signs stated fees, <br /> hours of operation, and materials <br /> which are/are not accepted. (See <br /> slide 1. 5 and 1 . 14) . <br /> 17483 Station There was a cyclone and barbed wire , C <br /> Security fence along the station perimeter and <br /> a main gate that is locked at 1700 <br /> hours and opened at 0600. There were <br /> street lights that came on <br /> automatically at dusk . I did not <br /> observe evidence of unauthorized <br /> entry. <br /> 17484 Roads The entry road and tipping area had C <br /> paved, smooth surfaces. The roads <br /> allow safe access by all vehicles. <br /> (See slide 1 . 6 and 1 .7) . <br /> 17485 Visual A green plastic screen was attached to C <br /> Screening the fence. It completely <br /> shielded the station from outside <br /> view. The screen appeared to be very <br /> new and was attractive.
