C <br /> 17533 Vector and Bird I did not observe vectors on site C <br /> Control The small number of birds observed <br /> were not enough to create a public <br /> nuisance. <br /> 17534 Drainage Water that accumulates in the dumping C <br /> Control trench is pumped to earth lined <br /> holding ponds. Water in the ponds is <br /> eliminated through evaporation. <br /> I did not see any water in the holding <br /> ponds the day of this inspection. <br /> 17535 Litter Control Alternate work program employees C <br /> constantly swept and raked the grounds <br /> the day of this inspection. The <br /> station was litter free and had a very <br /> neat appearance. (See slide 1. 12) . <br /> 17536 Noise Control Noise levels did not seem to cause a C <br /> public nuisances. <br /> 17537 Odor Control Slight garbage odors were detected on C <br /> site, but not at the site perimeter . <br /> 17538 Traffic Control Traffic flow was well organized and C <br /> controlled, and 'did not seem likely to <br /> jeopardize public safety.
