Hazelton Avenue <br />Stockton, CA 95205 <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division has reviewed the Lovelace Road <br />Transfer Station's Report of Station Information (RSI) dated September 23, 1993. <br />Below are a list of comments which need to be included in the Report of Station <br />Information: <br />1. Describe the handling of freon based appliances. <br />2. Indicate the projected number of incoming vehicles for the year 1999. <br />3. Provide a copy of the Notice of Determination and Mitigation Monitoring Plan <br />from San Joaquin County Community Development Department. <br />4. If required, provide a copy of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nationwide permil <br />#26. <br />5. Provide a copy of Manteca - Lathrop Fire District permit. <br />6. Indicate how long recycled waste product and household hazardous waste will <br />be stored at the station. <br />7. A training program was not outlined. Work rules are not an adequate training <br />program. Include the station's training program (CCR, Title 14, Section <br />17472). <br />8. List your emergency contact personnel, their phone numbers, and the resumes <br />of the management personnel (14 CCR Section 18221). <br />9.
