Copies of the Notice of Determination and the Mitigation <br /> Monitoring Plan are attached as part of this addendum. <br /> 4 . A U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nationwide Permit #26 is not <br /> required. A copy of the letter from the Corps of Engineers <br /> stating exemption for this project is attached as part of this <br /> addendum. <br /> 5. The Manteca-Lathrop Fire District Permit will be issued upon <br /> approval of the plans by the San Joaquin County Building <br /> Department. This approval is expected by March 31, 1994 . A <br /> copy of the fire permit will be provided to you upon its <br /> issuance. <br /> 6. Recycled waste products will be stored at the Station no <br /> longer than 90 days. Any hazardous waste removed from the <br /> waste stream will be stored in the hazardous waste locker for <br /> no more than 90 days. Other than this, no other hazardous <br /> wastes will be stored on site. <br /> 7. Facility personnel have received hazardous waste <br /> identification training by the County Office of Emergency <br /> Services. An Emergency Response Guidebook is available for <br /> use at the Station. Additionally, weekly safety meetings are <br /> held at the Station to discuss safety issues and conduct in- <br /> house training by supervisory personnel . in-house training <br /> includes safety topics, hazardous waste identification, <br /> operations/procedures, and use of equipment training. In <br /> addition, Solid Waste Division field supervisory personnel <br /> periodically attend Safety/Hazardous Waste Management <br /> workshops approved by the U.C. Davis Extension. Personnel who <br /> attend then provide in-house training to other field <br /> personnel . <br />
