At a minimum, consider scenarios for <br /> Class III municipal waste, Class II designated waste, and <br /> Class I toxic waste. <br /> 4 . Describe the equipment, personnel, and the process used to <br /> excavate the waste. Provide the days and hours of excavation <br /> operations. <br /> 5. Provide the estimated total and daily quantities of excavated <br /> waste in cubic yards. Provide the estimated startup and <br /> completion dates of the excavation operations. State how the <br /> excavated soils will be handled. <br /> 6 . Describe the transport of the excavated wastes. Describe the <br /> handling of hazardous wastes that are encountered. What is to <br /> be done with the excavated soils? <br /> 7. Health & Safety Plan <br /> During the excavation operations landfill gas and oxygen <br /> levels should be monitored continuously in the work area. <br /> Submittal of a waste removal plan , is necessary for CIWMB <br /> concurrence of the proposed Lovelace Transfer Station permit. <br /> Failure to submit the waste removal plan in a timely manner will <br /> result in the proposed permit being removed from the March agenda <br /> for the Permitting and Enforcement Committee. <br /> If you have any questions please call Ed Padilla, Senior REHS at <br /> (209) 468-3458 . <br /> Ernst M.
