Describe the equipment, personnel, and the process used to <br /> excavate the waste. Provide the days and hours of excavation <br /> operations. <br /> 5. Provide the estimated total and daily quantities of excavated <br /> waste in cubic yards. Provide the estimated startup and <br /> completion dates of the excavation operations. State how the <br /> excavated soils will be handled. <br /> 6 . Describe the transport of the excavated wastes. Describe the <br /> handling of hazardous wastes that are encountered. What is to <br /> be done with the excavated soils? <br /> 7.
