Transfer trucks and roll-off boxes shall be cleaned periodically in the wash station. <br /> Odor complaints shall be referred to the San Joaquin.Valley Unified Air Pollution <br /> Control District for processing under Rule 4107. <br /> D. SEISMICrrY <br /> (1) POTENTIALLY SIGNIFICANT IMPACT* SEISMIC GROUND SHAKING <br /> There is a strong likelihood that the site will experience seismic ground shaking <br /> during the life of the structure. The ground shaking will impose laterial shearing <br /> forces on the planned structures. The structures will be more susceptible to the <br /> effects of ground shaking during construction. <br /> Findings.• <br /> Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the project <br /> which avoid or substantially lessen the significant environmental effect as <br /> identified in the Final EIR. <br /> Statements of Fact: <br /> The impact will be reduced by the following: <br /> Design the structure in conformance with all applicable building codes to support <br /> the anticipated earthquake loads. if strong ground shaking occurs during <br /> construction, repairs may need to be performed at that time. <br /> E.
