I . <br /> .I It <br /> -3- <br /> f. FOOT PROTECTION <br /> Hard soled shoes shall be worn on Transfer Station <br /> property. <br /> g. Except for item d, the above safety equipment need not <br /> be worn while inside a building or enclosed cab of <br /> equipment. <br /> h. PERSONAL CLOTHING <br /> Personal clothing;' which affords a reasonable degree of <br /> protection from normal work hazards, as deemed <br /> appropriate by Division Supervisor, shall be worn on any <br /> County work-site. - <br /> 9. The Senior Refuse Worker is responsible for assigning work <br /> duties. <br /> 10. Employees shall not be under the influence of alcohol or <br /> illegal drugs while on Transfer Station property or during <br /> working hours. <br /> 11. No pets are allowed on Transfer Station property. Any stray <br /> animals on Transfer Station property shall be reported to <br /> Senior Refuse Worker. <br /> 12 . 1 All equipment shall be operated in a safe manner at all times. <br /> 13 . Employees operating equipment are responsible for the daily <br /> maintenance and cleaning of that equipment, at all times. Any <br /> safety or mechanical problems are to be reported to the Senior <br /> Refuse Worker immediately. <br /> 14 . Employees are responsible to see that Transfer Station rules <br /> are followed by users of the Transfer Station. <br /> 15. Personal vehicles shall be parked in area designated by the <br /> Solid Waste Manager. <br /> 16, All employees will conduct themselves in an appropriate and <br /> orderly manner at all times. <br /> 17. All employees riding in county equipment must wear seat belts. <br /> No employees shall ride in back of pickups. <br /> 18 . Operators of County vehicles must possess a valid operator's <br /> license for vehicles being operated. <br /> 19. No employees shall use, or permit the use of, any County owned <br /> automobile, other than in the conduct of County business. <br />
