Only reference to hours is 6:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is a part of the traffic study so I am sure <br /> that they are covered under CEQA. They want to implement this change in October 2015.Timing is a little short for the <br /> permit revision process. Is there something we can do to allow them the change while revising the permit(stipulated <br /> order?).
