Station personnel have <br />been instructed to report any defective or deteriorated conditions to their supervisor. In addition, <br />supervisory personnel frequently monitor the facility for defective or deteriorated conditions. <br />When a problem is identified prompt repair will be implemented. <br />3.1.2.1 3.1.1.1 CLEANING and Housekeeping <br />The Tfans f r Sta4 e building MRF and facility grounds are cleaned of loose materials and litter <br />each operating day in accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17407.2 (a) (1). A clean-up crew is <br />dispatched regularly to provide general housekeeping at the facility. The crew is responsible for <br />the collection of any off-site litter which may have been generated by the facility. Litter pick-up <br />within the facility yard and around the station is conducted on a continual basis to prevent the <br />tracking or off-site migration of waste materials in aeeer- anee with 14 GGR, Seet o 17407.2 (b) <br />Facilitv housekeeDine is conducted to minimize the accumulation of materials (i.e.. used Darts <br />inoperable equipment, tires, scrap and similar items) inherent in the operation of a MRF. <br />Housekeeping includes removing litter from the site, sweeping the self -haul area at the end of <br />each oDeratinia day.
