PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> • Conditional Use Permit(#92-99) (Planning Commission approval required) <br /> • Application to Rezone(#Z7-99) (City Council and Planning Commission approval <br /> required); <br /> • Revised Solid Waste Facilities Permit(#39-AA-0019)from the California Integrated Waste <br /> Management Board (which has Local Enforcement Agency [LEA] authority in Stockton) <br /> • Permit to operate refuse vehicles from the San Joaquin Department of Environmental Healt. <br /> The facility's existing permit,No. 0033523, which is for 47 vehicles and effective from <br /> July 1, 1999 to June 30, 2000,is renewed annually.
