The facility
was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections of the PRC
and Title 14, California Code of regulations (CCR). Enclosed is a
copy of the State Inspection Report.
The overall condition and appearance of this facility was
excellent.. No violations of applicabils Sta"6-a laws and rcgulatio.nz
were documented during the inspection. However, one area of
concern was noted regarding facility compliance with the following
State Minimum Standard:
It is apparent that the operator and site employees take pride in
station operations. observations made during the inspection
indicate that the operator responds positively to enforcement
efforts by your agency. All violations and areas of concern noted
in your monthly SWIS inspection reports had been corrected by the
day of this inspection.
It is equally apparent that you have developed and implemented an
effective enforcement program which emphasizes regular operator
contact. Board staff appreciate the detail provided on the monthly
SWIS inspection report. Your staff is to be commended for
-- Printed on Recycled Paper --
