Please verify <br />compliance with the 48 hour solid waste removal frequency as <br />required for a large volume transfer station and specified in the <br />Solid Waste Facilities Permit (2/90). If an "approved operations <br />schedule" allows a variance to the 48 hour removal requirement, <br />please submit a copy to the Board (PRC Section 43209(c)). <br />As always, this office is available to assist you.
