Dear Valued Customer: <br />0 <br />RECEIVE-0JUN 1 9 :'%1 <br />OViRONMHEALTH <br />PERMIT/SERVICES <br />As of July 1,1990, your bio -hazardous waste will be handled and disposed of <br />by Intergrated Environmental Systems. I.E.S. will be consolidating the services <br />formerly provided by Stockton Scavenger Assoc. I.E.S. has over fourteen years <br />of experience in the hauling and incinerating of bio -hazardous waste, and <br />will continue the same level of service provided by Stockton Scavenger Assoc. <br />with no increase in costs. I.E.S. and Stockton Scavenger Assoc. are sister <br />companies and are subsidiaries of Norcal Solid Waste Systems. <br />I.E.S. is a fully licensed infectious waste hauler and infectious waste <br />incinerator. They operate two computer controlled incinerators equipped <br />with the best scrubbers and filters currently available. Their incinerators <br />are carefully controlled to ensure thorough destruction of bio -hazardous <br />materials. <br />Their billings for service are on a thirty day cycle commencing with the first <br />day of each month and ending with the last working day of each month and are <br />due upon receipt. Billings are usually sent within the first week after the <br />month for which service was rendered. Statements will list each pick-up, the <br />cost for that service, and the signed certificates of destruction for those <br />materials. <br />A representative of I.E.S. (Sylvia Jenkins) will be scheduling a visit with <br />you to discuss your needs and how I.E.S. can meet them. They can also <br />assist with regulatory compliance issues.
