Box 2009 <br />Stockton, California 95201 <br />AUa'3 10,39 <br />August 1, 1989 <br />Project 174-18.02 <br />Re: Stockton Scavenger <br />Association Transfer <br />Station: Permit Number 39 - <br />AA -019 <br />Dear Mr. Biedermann: <br />The purpose of this correspondence is to amend the Report of Station <br />Information prepared by EMCON Associates for the above referenced project in <br />June 1988, and revised in July 1988. <br />As you know, Stockton Scavenger Association initiated the permit process for <br />expansion of their existing transfer station operation approximately one year ago. <br />Since that time, the project has been reviewed under the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) including preparation of an Environmental <br />Impact Report (EIRI. The local land -use permitting process culminated with the <br />Stockton Planning Commission certifying the EIR and issuing a land -use permit <br />for the expanded transfer operation at their meeting of June 8, 1989. <br />During the local permitting process certain design and operating parameters for <br />the proposed expanded transfer station, originally discussed in the Report of <br />Stasi n Inflo-"on, <br />o co m d 'or <br />.-dj cati n 0s+ 0 n4. 8b.e+s•..e <br />a..,L Utas+ iIIltsIIIt"Lf'�i11, v4�errC r�'",aoi7i�tteitd8u +ot modification.
