We strongly recommend against signalizing Route 4 at Navy Drive and at Stockton Street
because of the proximity to the 1-5 ramp signals.
2. Caltrans agrees with and recommends the mitigation measure to reroute outbound
Stockton Scavenger trucks away from the Charter Way/Stockton Street intersection to
Fresno Avenue.
We appreciate the opportunity to review and comment on the Stockton Scavenger Draft EIR. We
also request a copy of the Final EIR when it becomes available.
If you have any questions please give me a call at the above noted telephone number.
Sincerely,
KENNETH W.
