This facility will not be open to the public. Where can the <br />public take such loads of materials? Is there any location <br />in or near Stockton? <br />2. There is now a state -certified Convenience center which <br />receives presorted recycled materials, located at this site. <br />Would this center be relocated? If so, what would be the <br />new location? <br />3. The transfer station will NOT handle harardous waste. Where <br />are small quantities and household hazardous wastes to be <br />handled? <br />It does not appear that these issues are adequately addressed in <br />your EIR-5-88. <br />Sinc e y a <br />Mr. S.K.
