The beneficial <br />impm:ta to the environment related to these -rip reductions Should also be <br />ytu�od, <br />The diversion from the county transfer station to the Stockton Scavenger <br />transfer station will have an impact upon the operation of the county transfer <br />station and should therefore be discussed. <br />PaS?e 49 - Tom Horton is Solid (not Sen-lor) Waste Manager. <br />Paye 41 - TRAFFIC MITIGATION - The project suonyurs should either provide, or <br />contribute to a trust fund for, the following traffic mitigations: <br />The Stockton Street / Charter #a7 intersection hufi rjo:r lane <br />alignment.
