However,a tonnage breakdown of the waste received at the <br /> transfer station,MRF and composting facility was not immediately available. Board staff recommends that the LEA <br /> advise the operator to have weight and volume records,broken down daily for the transfer station and MRF,and <br /> broken down weekly for the composting operation,available for each monthly inspection.
