Construction & Demolition/Inert Debris Facility Report <br /> Tracy Material Recovery Facility and Transfer Station <br /> 30703 S. MacArthur Drive, Tracy, Califomia 95377 <br /> Facility Operations Unusual Peak Loading Operations Plan <br /> Inert Processing The processing equipment can handle peak loading. <br /> Should unusual peak loading occur, the facility can <br /> operate beyond the peak tonnages to handle disaster <br /> debris from emergency events as further described <br /> below: <br /> Proposed gate operations at 200 TPD with a 250 ton <br /> per hour grinder can handle peak tonnages within <br /> .75 hours of a 12-hour operating day. <br /> C&D Processing . Phase 1 operations at 200 TPD; with a floor sort, <br /> can be processed manually at 20-30 tons per <br /> hour. <br /> • Phase 2 operations at 400 TPD; with processing <br /> capacity of 15 tons per hour (TPH) on pre-sort, <br /> and 30 TPH on the C&D Processing Line, <br /> provides a capacity of 45 tons per hour, or 540 <br /> TPD, where a peak of 400 TPD is being <br /> permitted. <br /> Emergency Waiver of An emergency waiver of standards is a waiver issued <br /> Standards by the LEA which grants a solid waste facility operator <br /> temporary relief from specific state minimum standards <br /> or specific terms or conditions of a solid waste facility <br /> permit. Unusual peak loading could be handled by the <br /> facility during an Emergency Waiver of Standards, in <br /> the event a state of emergency is declared by the <br /> Governor. The waiver will not pose a threat to public <br /> health, safety or the environment. The operator intends <br /> to operator within the nuisance control measures <br /> outlined in Title 14 and provided in LEA Advisory No. <br /> 41 dated July 14, 1997. <br /> Equipment Type and Classification <br /> The. description of the transfer, recovery and processing equipment, including <br /> classification and capacity is provided below.
