MacArthur Drive, Tracy, California 95377 <br /> the parcel as being within its Sphere of Influence, with a prezoning of A/G or <br /> Agriculture/General. <br /> The two predominant land uses in the project area are agriculture and gravel <br /> mining. Specifically, to the east and south of the site are fields of row crops and <br /> orchards. To the west are the continuing operations of the LoneStar Industries <br /> gravel mining operations and to the north Teichert Aggregates operates a sand and <br /> gravel mining facility. An existing irrigation canal also parallels the site's western <br /> boundary.
