Construction & Demolition/Inert Debris Facility Report <br /> Tracy Material Recovery Facility and Transfer Station <br /> 30703 S. MacArthur Drive, Tracy, California 95377 <br /> the parcel as being within its Sphere of Influence, with a prezoning of A/G or <br /> Agriculture/General. <br /> The two predominant land uses in the project area are agriculture and gravel <br /> mining. Specifically, to the east and south of the site are fields of row crops and <br /> orchards. To the west are the continuing operations of the LoneStar Industries <br /> gravel mining operations and to the north Teichert Aggregates operates a sand and <br /> gravel mining facility. An existing irrigation canal also parallels the site's western <br /> boundary. The closest residences (mobile homes) to the project site are two <br /> located approximately 600 feet north of the site on the east side of MacArthur Drive. <br /> The closest residential subdivision is approximately one mile north of the site along <br /> MacArthur Drive. <br /> Facility Design Capacity <br /> The Facility Design Capacity for the Inert (Type A) Processing Facility and mixed <br /> C&D Debris Processing Facility is provided in Tables 3 - 6 below: <br /> Table 3 - Facility Design <br /> Operations Capacity <br /> Inert (Type A) Debris and 200 TPD incoming <br /> Mixed C&D Debris <br /> Processing <br /> Mixed C&D Debris 200 TPD incoming included within the 2500 <br /> Processing — Phase 1 TPD incoming MRF & TS gate tonnage <br /> Mixed C&D Debris 400 TPD incoming included within the 2500 <br /> Processing — Phase 2 TPD incoming MRF & TS gate tonnage <br /> Outgoing Material 2000 TPD of recycled commodities at peak <br /> Vehicle Trips per Day 170 peak trips per day (80 average) Phase 1 <br /> 220 peak tris per da 125 average) Phase 2 <br /> The processing of the Type A inert debris will involve the portable equipment (or <br /> similar machinery) listed below in Table 4, depending on availability. <br /> 6 170.18 CDI FacReport 02121313 <br />
