MacArthur Drive, Tracy, California 95377
Description and Methods to Comply with State Minimum Standards
Inert Debris (Type A) Processing Facility
Inert Debris (Type A) Storage
Inert debris that has been received will be processed within 6 months of receipt.
Storage of unprocessed material will not exceed 6 months.
Inert debris that has been processed and sorted for resale, or reuse, will not
remain on site for more than 18 months. Market products will not be stored for
more than 18 months.
The total amount of material stored onsite will be limited by design constraints
and will not exceed 50,000 cubic yards at any given time. The pre-processed
material may accumulate up to 180-days of inert debris for peak tonnages. Inert
debris piles will not exceed 25 feet in height. Please refer to Site Plan in Figures
section for storage locations. This amount will not exceed 30,000 cubic yards for
pre-processed inert debris and 20,000 cubic yards of processed materials, or a
combination thereof.
Table 8 — Inert Debris Storage Volumes
Storage of Inerts Design Capacity
Gate Tonnage 200 TPD
Debris and processed 30,000 Tons
materials tonnage
stored at maximum
operations
Conversion to cubic 30,000 Cubic Yards
yards at 2,000 pounds
per cubic yard
Total on-site Storage 30,000 Cubic Yards
Mixed C&D Debris Storage
Mixed C&D debris that has been received will be processed within 15 days of
receipt.
