Construction &Demolition/Inert Debris Facility Report <br /> Tracy Material Recovery Facility and Transfer Station <br /> 30703 S. MacArthur Drive, Tracy, California 95377 <br /> Description and Methods to Comply with State Minimum Standards <br /> Inert Debris (Type A) Processing Facility <br /> Inert Debris (Type A) Storage <br /> Inert debris that has been received will be processed within 6 months of receipt. <br /> Storage of unprocessed material will not exceed 6 months. <br /> Inert debris that has been processed and sorted for resale, or reuse, will not <br /> remain on site for more than 18 months. Market products will not be stored for <br /> more than 18 months. <br /> The total amount of material stored onsite will be limited by design constraints <br /> and will not exceed 50,000 cubic yards at any given time. The pre-processed <br /> material may accumulate up to 180-days of inert debris for peak tonnages. Inert <br /> debris piles will not exceed 25 feet in height. Please refer to Site Plan in Figures <br /> section for storage locations. This amount will not exceed 30,000 cubic yards for <br /> pre-processed inert debris and 20,000 cubic yards of processed materials, or a <br /> combination thereof. <br /> Table 8 — Inert Debris Storage Volumes <br /> Storage of Inerts Design Capacity <br /> Gate Tonnage 200 TPD <br /> Debris and processed 30,000 Tons <br /> materials tonnage <br /> stored at maximum <br /> operations <br /> Conversion to cubic 30,000 Cubic Yards <br /> yards at 2,000 pounds <br /> per cubic yard <br /> Total on-site Storage 30,000 Cubic Yards <br /> Mixed C&D Debris Storage <br /> Mixed C&D debris that has been received will be processed within 15 days of <br /> receipt. Storage of unprocessed material will not exceed 15 days. Mixed C&D <br /> debris that has been processed and sorted for resale, or reuse, will not remain on <br /> site for more than 1 month. Market products will not be stored for more than 90 <br /> days. <br /> The total amount of material stored will not exceed 48,000 cubic yards (or 12,000 <br /> tons) at any given time.
