MRO Engineers <br /> submitted the Final Traffic Impact Analysis to the Public Works Department on December <br /> 17,2008.'The analysis and the Public Works Transportation Division determined that any <br /> Impacts to existing levels of service from the proposed expansion project would be less <br /> thamsignifscant. . . <br /> The project site boundaries fall within the comprehensive airport land use plan for Tracy <br /> Municipal Airport (TMA). The nearest runway of the TMA is approximately one mile west of <br /> the existing project site.This application is to expand the existing Materials Recover Facility <br /> and a portion of the project falls within the Traffic Pattern Zone for the TMA.
