The
enclosed report should satisfy both of these requirements.
A review of the enclosed data shows that:
1. Table I shows results of analyses on our dried sludge for total metals and nutrients.
All data for the metals met the EPA 503 criteria. Nutrient results were used to plan and
document agronomic loadings to the fields.
2. Table 2 shows STLC(distilled water) values for the EPA 503 metals in the dried
sludge.
2. Table 3 shows analyses on dried sludge for the EPA 503 pathogens. All results met the
criteria,for a Class A sludge.
3. Table 4 shows analyses and inventory results for the sludge applied in Fall of 1995.
Average values from the data were used for the concentrations in pure sludge used. These
values are used to determine agronomic rates, annual and cumulative loadings of metals,
etc.
4. Table 5 shows actual applications of sludge to the Fields IA, 3A, 313, 5, 6, 7A and 7B.
5. Table 6 shows total plant nutrient additions to each field. The supplemental fertilizer
added to Field # 5 was applied on the approx. 30 acres that did not receive sludge in the
fall. This area was part of the buffer area next to the domestic well. Approximately 20
1
