MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM 6 <br /> CITY OF KA-NTECA AND CITY OF LATHROP <br /> WASTEWATER QUALITY CONTROL FACILITY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> The groundwater monitoring wells shall be monitored for the following: <br /> Type of <br /> Parameters Laiia Sample Frequency <br /> COD mg/l Grab Monthly <br /> pH pH Units Grab Monthly <br /> Nitrate mg/1 Grab Monthly <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/1 Grab Quarterly <br /> Metals' mg/1 Grab Yearly <br /> Ground Water Elevation Feet-MSL Monthly <br /> Dissolved Cadmium, Copper, Lead, Nick-el, and Zinc. <br /> WATER SUPPLY MONITORING FOR CITY OF KkNTECA & CITY OF LA OP <br /> -A sampling station shall be established where a representative sample of the municipal water supply can be <br /> obtained. Samples shall be collected at the same time as influent and effluent samples for the same period. <br /> The following shall constitute the water supply monitoring program. <br /> Sampling <br /> rogram- <br /> Sampling <br /> ConstituentsJLnits FreQuency <br /> Standard Minerals' mg/1 Yearly <br /> Standard minerals include Total Dissolved Solids, Electrical Conductivity,.Chloride, Sulfate, <br /> Nitrate, Bicarbonate Alkalinity Carbonate Alkalinity, Calcium, Magnesium,Potassium, <br /> Sodium, pI-L and Hardness. <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting the monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in tabular form so that the date, the <br /> constituents, and the concentrations are readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner <br /> to illustrate clearly the compliance with waste discharge requirements. <br /> Monthly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 15th day of the following <br /> month. <br />
