FT-MSL ---- Monthly <br /> Field Measurements <br /> Monitoring performed under Monitoring and Reporting program No. 91-110 may be <br /> used to supply data where duplication exists. <br /> REPORTING <br /> Semiannual reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by 15 January and <br /> 15 July each year. These reports should include the results of ground water <br /> and surface water monitoring. <br /> Annual reports shall be submitted that include the Pre-application and Post- <br /> application reports, results of all soil monitoring data and an evaluation of <br /> the data collected during the calendar year; the total loading of heavy metals <br /> for each site and a comparison to the allowable loading standards (include <br /> calculations) ; the soluble metal concentrations (mg/1) for the sludge/soil <br /> mixture and a comparison to the allowable standards to protect ground water; <br /> compliance with land use restrictions identified in Order No. . Annual <br /> reports shall be submitted by the 30 August. The Pre-Application and Post- <br /> application reports must be submitted at least 2-weeks prior to sludge <br /> application for the year. This may require their submittal prior to the <br /> annual report. <br />
