FT-MSL ---- Monthly Field Measurements Monitoring performed under Monitoring and Reporting program No. 91-110 may be used to supply data where duplication exists. REPORTING Semiannual reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by 15 January and 15 July each year. These reports should include the results of ground water and surface water monitoring. Annual reports shall be submitted that include the Pre-application and Post- application reports, results of all soil monitoring data and an evaluation of the data collected during the calendar year; the total loading of heavy metals for each site and a comparison to the allowable loading standards (include calculations) ; the soluble metal concentrations (mg/1) for the sludge/soil mixture and a comparison to the allowable standards to protect ground water; compliance with land use restrictions identified in Order No. . Annual reports shall be submitted by the 30 August. The Pre-Application and Post- application reports must be submitted at least 2-weeks prior to sludge application for the year. This may require their submittal prior to the annual report.
