If odor complaints continue to be <br /> reported on a regular basis, it may be necessary to shorten the 72-hour time before discing the <br /> remaining stillage into the soil. <br /> 2) To confirm nitrogen loading rates are consistent with laboratory results referenced in your <br /> Management Plan, samples of cannery waste should be collected at the start-up of landspreading <br /> operations and tested for moisture content, nitrate, nitrite, electrical conductivity, and total salts. <br /> The test results shall be submitted by 15 September 2000. <br /> 3) Please contact me one week prior to the start-up of landspreading operations to facilitate an <br /> annual inspection of your site. <br /> If you have any questions, you can contact me at (916) 255-3389. <br /> DAVID L.
