UP-00-7 OF FORWARD INC. <br /> WHEREAS, on February 6, 2003, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission <br /> considered this matter,and <br /> WHEREAS, on March 11, 2003 and April 8, 2003, this Board of Supervisors did conduct a <br /> public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral <br /> and documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this <br /> Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that said appeal, be <br /> and it hereby is, denied and upholding the Planning Commission`s certification of ER-00-2 and <br /> approval of Use Permit No. UP-00-7. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this a day of April , 2002 by the following vote of the Board of <br /> Supervisors,to wit: <br /> AYES: ORNELLAS,MOW,SIEGLOCK <br /> NOES: GUTIERREZ,MARENCO <br /> ABSENT: NONE <br /> JACK A.
