Guild Ave . , Lodi , CA 95240 This Hazardous Waste Contingency Plan has been prepared pursuant to the provisions of 22 CCR - 66265 . 51 and is designed to minimize hazards to human health and the environment from fires , explosions , and/or unplanned sudden or non -sudden release or hazardous materials , hazardous waste or hazardous waste constituents into the work places , the air, soil or water. The provisions of this Contingency Plan are intended to be carried out immediately whenever there is a fire , explosion or release of hazardous material or hazardous material constituents that threaten human health, the environment or property. In the event of a fire , explosion or unplanned release of hazardous materials or wastes into the workplace , air, soil , or surface water at the facility , this contingency plan shall be put into effect immediately by the trained personnel observing the incident or occurrence . The first Emergency Coordinator ( EC ) at the scene shall take command . In the event that an evacuation is necessary , personnel will be notified to evacuate either via fire alarm or internal telephone paging system . 1 . Emergency Coordinators . The following persons have been assigned by Lustre- Cal as Emergency Coordinators ( EC ) . The first person on the list should be notified first in the event of an emergency . If the first person is not available , immediately contact the second person , and so on down the list . If none of the designated people are available , immediately notify 9 - 9 - 1 - 1 and the Lodi Fire Department will take charge and be the Incident Commander ( IC) . After a situation evaluation they will make the appropriate agency notifications . Note : if 9-9 - 1 - 1 is notified , all Lustre -Cal Associates working on controlling the spill are to turn the direction and work over to the Lodi Fire Dept . when they arrive on the scene .
