PG&E needs to <br /> inspect the vault and conduits that service the site. In order to do so, PG&E requires initial payment to <br /> begin engineering review, design work and other; they won't open the vault until the Engineering <br /> Advance is received. Mr. Samaniego told me to expect the invoice for this payment last Friday or by <br /> this past Monday. However, we only received it in this afternoon's mail. We will cut a check on Monday <br /> and place the Engineering Advance in the mail same day. <br /> Other issues: System is in our yard.
