You were also informed that breaking <br /> of concrete above existing UST systems and/or product lines would require that the UST <br /> system be tightness tested under SJC/EHD Unit III inspection, and were requested to <br /> submit to SJC/EHD an as-built map of the complete UST system at your site. SJC/EHD <br /> has not received any comment from you on this request. <br /> Please proceed with submittal of the requested map, and with scheduling the approved <br /> work.
