Submit by: January 15, 2002. <br /> ADEQUATE AND NECESSARY ELEMENTS OF THE WORK PLAN rH&S <br /> 25299.37, subd(c)(3)1: <br /> • Install three 2-inch groundwater monitoring wells, one 1.5-inch PVC air <br /> sparge well, one `nested', two-casing, 2-inch each, PVC soil vapor <br /> extraction wells and, <br /> • Conduct bio-feasibility analyses of soil and, <br /> • Conduct a soil vapor extraction test using new air sparge well, new <br /> vapor wells, and existing groundwater monitoring wells onsite and, <br /> • Conduct a groundwater aquifer pump test and, <br /> • Analyze selected soil, vapor, and groundwater samples for TPHg, BTEX, <br /> and MtBE and other oxygenates, (TBA, TAME, DIPE, EtBE) and, <br /> • Characterize and properly dispose of soil cuttings and purge/pump-test <br /> groundwater (--1000 gallons) and, <br /> • Include new monitoring wells in quarterly monitoring and reporting and, <br /> • Submit report of findings to PHS-EHD. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: (to be included in addendum) <br /> • Proposed groundwater monitoring wells shall not have greater than 20' <br /> of screened interval. Provide either a multi-cased well (nested well) or <br /> multiple single-cased monitoring wells in area very close to proposed <br /> location (clustered) and, <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
