Prepare a factual report which will summarize the <br /> findings of the investigation, and presznit <br /> s recommendations based upon those findings. <br /> �s <br /> i 4.0 PROPOGED WORKPLAN <br /> The following Workplan has been developed by E S <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL to complete the scope of work outlined above. <br /> All work will be conducted according to standard industry <br /> i <br /> practice to ensure the safe and reliable collection of data. <br /> Drilling, well construction, and sampling procedures are <br /> described in detail in Appendix S. <br /> All samples will be handled via chain-of-custody, and <br /> ' y <br /> analyzed by a California certified analytical. laboratory, for <br /> Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH-Gasoline) , Benzene, <br /> Toluene, Xylene, and Ethylbenzene. (BTXE) . <br /> All work will be performed under the supervision of a <br /> California registered civil engineer and ET5 staff geologists. <br /> A total of 4 monitoring wells will be installed, with <br /> one monitoring well placed near the center of Lhe former tank <br /> locations, and three additional monitoring wells placed around the <br /> perimeter of the former tank locations (Figure 2) .
