BIaeS Environmental Management Inc U-Haul#709 50 <br /> 002-70950-04 Groundwater Monitonng Report <br /> 5130103 <br /> Based on the analytical results from the domestic well, the SJCEHD requested that a confirmation <br /> sample be collected within 24 hours Blaes Environmental collected this sample on April 15, 2003 The <br /> 1 sample was transported by Blaes Environmental to Sequoia Analytical (Sequoia) in Morgan Hill, <br /> California for analysis Sequoia was chosen due to lower reporting limits than those used by Del Mar, as <br /> rwell as for proximity to the site Results were made available to Blaes Environmental in 36 hours from <br /> sample collection Blaes Environmental promptly contacted Michael Infurna and Adrienne Ellseesser, <br /> both of the SJCEHD The Frontier Motel was immediately disconnected from the well due to the <br /> presence of 1,2-dichloroethane, a known carcinogen in the state of California U-Haul is currently <br /> supplying bulk water the Frontier Motel,with the goal of placing the motel into the City water system <br /> 1 <br /> 5 <br /> 1 <br />
