The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for EI Dorado Gas & Mart as of May 01 , 2020 . Open violations from May 31 , 2019 inspection ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #204 - Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection . A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times . Immediately locate and retain a copy on site . ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #209 - Failure to conduct the designated UST operator visual inspection at least once every 30 days . The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection reports . The incorrect and missing information included the following from the inspection reports : -Section V was left blank . -Section VI was left blank . -The question regarding UDC sensor locations was left blank. During the visual inspection , the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report .
