(AGE)has prepared the enclosed Phase II Site <br /> Assessment Report for the property at 821 South Wilson Way, Stockton,California. The work was <br /> performed as part of a due diligence effort to investigate areas of potential environmental concern <br /> at the site, identified through a Phase I investigation of the property. <br /> The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board requirements for the investigation of <br /> underground storage tank(UST)sites were used as guidelines for the investigation. The location of <br /> the site and its surroundings are illustrated in Figure 1;a pian of the site including boring locations- <br /> is <br /> ocationsis illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> tNTRODUCTION/B ACKGROUN D <br /> The purpose of the investigation was to test for the presence or absence of suspected contaminants <br /> in the areas of identified potential concerns associated with a automobile service establishment that <br /> operates at the subject property. Potential concerns included the possible releases of petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons and solvents related to the existing sumps on the site. The scope of work included <br /> advancement of three probe borings to collect soil samples for laboratory analysis. <br /> The site is located at the northeast corner of the intersection between East Taylor Street and South <br /> Wilson Way Frontage Road, in the south central portion o;; the City of Stockton, San Joaquin <br /> County,California:it is situated in an area of mixed commercial,light industrial and residential use. <br /> The site is currently occupied by an automobile service establishment. <br /> 837 Shaw Road,Stockton,California 95215 <br /> Telephone(209)467-1006 FAX(209) 467-1118 <br />
