AGE proposes to conduct a 72-hour air sparging pilot test utilizing onsite groundwater <br /> monitoring well MW-6, which has a screened interval from 70-75 feet bsg. <br /> 2. An air compressor will be used to inject the air; it will be connected to the top of well <br /> MW-6. <br /> 3. Wells MW-1 through MW-5 will be used as observation points during the pilot test. At a <br /> minimum, depth to water and dissolved oxygen concentrations will be measured at four <br /> regular intervals each day in each observation well. <br /> 4. Groundwater samples will be collected from MW-5 prior to the start and at the <br /> conclusion of the 72 hours. <br /> 5. The SVE system in operation at the site will remain in operation during the test. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. A report of findings is due for submittal to the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> within 60 days following the completion of the test. <br /> 2.
