(AGE) and has the following
comments.
The Report documents the current status of the soil vapor extraction (SVE) remediation
system that has been in operation at the site since August 2010. AGE recommends
shutdown of the SVE system for 30 days to conduct a rebound test. The EHD agrees with
this recommendation.
AGE previously recommended preparation of a work plan to conduct an air sparge pilot test
to enhance the current remediation of soil vapor extraction, and in correspondence dated
March 3, 2011 the EHD agreed with this recommendation. However, review of the site
history revealed that a feasibility study for remediation of the groundwater contamination has
never been prepared. Please proceed with submittal of a feasibility study for groundwater
remediation. The feasibility study is due no later than November 18, 2011.
If you have any questions please contact Lori Duncan at (209) 468-0337 or by email at
Iduncanosicehd.com.
Sincerely,
"— f Afl"cc
/zrL Lori Duncan, REHS Nuel C.
