Advanced
GeoEnvironmental , Inc.
18 July 2002
AGE-NC Project No. 02-0926
Ms. Margaret Lagorio
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT
304 East Weber Avenue, 3rd Floor
Stockton, CA 95202
Subject: Revised Work Plan Addendum-July 2002
OCAMPO PROPERTY (Former Electro Delta)
821 South Wilson Way, Stockton, California
Dear Ms. Lagorio:
At the request of Mr.Alfonso Ocampo,Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.(AGE)has prepared this
Revised Work Plan Addendum for additional assessment activities at 821 South Wilson Way,
Stockton California. The additional scope of work includes a minor modification in the locations of
monitoring wells and soil borings proposed in the original work plan addendum, and advancement
of a soil boring near each of the three in-ground sumps to collect soil samples for laboratory analysis.
BACKGROUND
It is our understanding that a single 550-gallon underground storage tank(UST)was removed from
the site in 1985. A soil sample collected from the former UST location indicated that high
concentrations of lead were present in the soil. A soil boring was advanced at the site in 1998;
petroleum hydrocarbons were detected in soil samples collected from the boring. A work plan
addendum and revised addendum were prepared for the site in 1999 to advance four soil borings and
install three ground water monitoring wells at the site; the revised addendum was approved by the
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) by correspondence dated 19 May
1999.The following scope of work is based upon the previously-approved work plan addendum and
revised work plan addendum.
SCOPE OF WORK
AGE proposes to make the following revision and addition to the original Upgradient Environmental
Consultants (UEC)-prepared Revised Addendum to Site Contamination Work Plan, dated 10 May
1999 and approved by the EHD by letter dated 19 May 1999:
837 Shaw Road,Stockton,California 95215
Telephone(209) 467-1006 FAX(209) 467-1118
