26 August 2013
AGE Project No. 95-0130
5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
Based upon the results of the second quarter 2013 investigation, AGE recommends:
• Performance of an SVE rebound response test. Based on the low TPH-g SVE
concentrations and daily extraction rates currently being encountered at the site,
conducting an SVE rebound response test is warranted at the site at this time. SVE
operations should be suspended for 90 days, then re-sampled to confirm that no
spike in TPH-g concentrations has occurred.
• Continued operation of the GWET interim remediation system using on-site wells
EW-1, VW-1 C, VW-2A and VW-3A.
• Continued collection and analysis of monthly remediation grab groundwater
samples from the influent, GAC-1 and effluent sampling ports.
6.0. LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily
exercised by environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings
were based mainly upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory.
Evaluations of the hydrogeologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation
are made from a limited number of available data points(soil-vapor,groundwater samples),
and subsurface conditions may vary away from these data points. No other warranty,
expressed or implied, is made as to the professional interpretations, opinions and
recommendations contained in this report.
Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.
