EHD has not yet received the directed work plan or a <br /> request for an extension of the due date. Submit this work plan no later than 16 <br /> September 2005. If needed, additional monitoring wells or borings needed to <br /> help resolve the dissolved MTBE plume issue noted above can be included in the <br /> work plan. <br /> Lastly, in the past you have unsuccessfully sought an access agreement to install <br /> wells on the 102 S. Wilson Way site. A recent review of ownership of the 102 site <br /> parcel has shown that Roek Brothers Il, P.T.P. no longer owns the property. The <br /> current owner is Mohammad Asghar, 601 Wade Avenue, Modesto, CA 95351. <br /> Please direct your request for an access agreement to Mr. Asghar.
