If the corrective action plan dated March 1996 been approved?If so,please provide with the <br /> final copy. <br /> 2. I understand from Ms. Turkette at the San Joaquin County Health Department, that the site <br /> may be considered a commingled plume now that they have located contamination from leaking <br /> underground storage tanks at the Wells Fargo Bank site. Has the recent legislation on this issue <br /> been considered for funding at this site? <br /> 3. What is Continental's current position now that documentation indicating that the site was <br /> owned by Top Filling Station been forwarded? <br /> 4. Have either 101 or 102 S. Wilson Way begun any type of remediation at the site? If so, what <br /> type and what is the forecasted time frame in which the clean up will be completed? <br /> Please review above and provide a response on same at your earliest convenience.
