Advanced
GeoEnvironmental, Inc . _
ofNorthern California
30 October 1995
AGE-NC Proposal No. 1094
Mr. Ed Endich
TOP FILLING STATION
101 South Wilson Way
Stockton, CA 95205
Subject: Proposal for Removal and Sampling of Underground Storage Tank
TOP FILLING STATION
101 South Wilson Way, Stockton, California
Dear Mr. Endich:
In accordance with your request, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this
proposal for removal and sampling of one (1) underground storage tank (UST) at 101 South Wilson
Way in Stockton, California. The volume of the UST is unknown, however it is believed to be less
than 500-gallons.
1.0. BACKGROUND
During the on-going sub-surface investigation at the site, a fill cap was located immediately north of
the dispensing station. The presence of the fill cap indicates that an additional UST is located in this
area. The San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division is requiring
the removal of the additional UST, if present.
2.0. SCOPE OF WORK
AGE will perform the UST removal in conjunction with Goins Environmental Construction (GEC)
of Sacramento, California. GEC will obtain permits, remove and dispose of the UST; AGE will
collect and analyze soil samples and prepare a report of the removal, as well as perform any post-
removal liaison with regulatory agencies.
TOP FILLING STATION will contract directly with GEC for the UST removal and AGE for the
sampling and report preparation. A cost estimate from GEC for the UST removal is attached. The
cost for the UST removal (GEC) will be $4,200.00.
1803 West March Lane.
