30 October 1995 <br /> AGE-NC Proposal No. 1094 <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br /> AGE will perform the following tasks: <br /> • Supervision of UST removal procedures. <br /> • Collection of one (1) soil sample from the UST excavation and one (I) soil sample from <br /> stockpiled soil (if necessary). <br /> • Analysis of soil samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline and diesel <br /> (TPH-g and TPH-d) and volatile aromatics (benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene and xylene: <br /> BTE&3) in accordance with the appropriate EPA methods. <br /> • Prepare a summary report of the UST removal. The reportwill include recommendations for <br /> further work, if necessary. <br /> • Post UST removal liaison with regulatory agencies. <br /> 3.0. COST <br /> The cost for the above services should not exceed $1,550.00. This cost is based upon the scope of <br /> work discussed above and on our Standard Schedule of Charges. AGE shall submit detailed monthly <br /> invoices to TOP FILLING STATION for payment. <br /> 4.0. PAYMENT SCHEDULE <br /> Invoices will specify the actual costs incurred during the billing period. The invoices will detail when <br /> the services were performed, a breakdown for direct labor, indirect costs, travel, equipment, materials <br /> and supplies, and subcontractor services. All services performed by Goins Environmental <br /> Construction will be invoiced directly to the Client. Based upon estimated costs provided by GEC <br /> and AGE, the total cost for removal and sampling of the UST should not exceed $5,750.00. <br /> 5.0.
