THIS PROPOSAL ASSUMES THE FOLLOWING <br /> • All costs due to regulatory directives, after this proposal, shall be assumed by the Client. <br /> • Regulatory approval of Work Plan, if necessary. <br /> • The cost to remove, repair or relocate underground utilities or hazards that might interfere <br /> with the proposed drilling or excavation or are damaged during the drilling or excavation, <br /> shall be borne by the Client. <br /> • Expense incurred because of unusual or unanticipated ground conditions (such as fill, hard <br /> soil, rock, etc.) shall be paid for by the Client as extra work. <br /> 7.0. SCHEDULE <br /> The work outlined in this proposal can be initiated upon receipt of authorization to proceed from <br /> TOP FILLING STATION. <br /> 8.0. LIMTTATIONS <br /> Should there be any regulatory objections to the project or unanticipated regulatory requirements, <br /> only the fees for services performed to that time will be billed based on our Standard Schedule of <br /> Charges. Should the regulatory agencies require additional monitoring or other services beyond the <br /> scope presented herein, or should drilling/sampling show that contamination:is more extensive than <br /> previous reports present, the scope of work will need to be expanded at an additional cost submitted <br /> in written form prior to any actual work performed. <br /> The opportunity to prepare this proposal is greatly appreciated.
