CHRONOLOjGY <br /> 1340 W. Washington Street <br /> LOP Site Code: 1277 <br /> CVRWQCB Case # 390554 <br /> APN#14530 12 <br /> 09/03/87 A 1000 gallon gasoline undergrou d storage tank (UST) was removed and <br /> a soil sample collected 2 feet beneth the tank. The sample results were <br /> were non-detect for gasoline and TEX. <br /> 11/02/90 Two 12,000-gallon diesel and two 5,000-gallon gasoline USTs removed <br /> under Environmental Health Department (EHD)permit and inspection. <br /> Soil samples taken from beneath the tanks. Piping and dispenser were <br /> above USTs,no additional samples collected. <br /> 11/26/90 Soil sample results received by EILD. One sample(T-2 W-13.5 feet) <br /> evidenced diesel contamination; PH-Diesel 5000 ppm which required <br /> further investigation. <br /> 12/05/90 EHD filed a Unauthorized Releas Report (URR) and a Prop. 65 for <br /> contamination discovered at UST #2. Further site assessment required in <br /> this area the two 12,000 gallon diesel USTs. <br /> 06/14/96 The site was placed in Local Ove sight Program (LOP) and a Notice of <br /> Responsibility(NOR)was maile to the Responsible Party. <br /> 07/11/96 EHD staff met with California Cedar Products Environmental manager, <br /> Rod Gonzales, to review the site status and LOP requirements for further <br /> assessment. Gonzales stated work would be considered and EHD will be <br /> contacted at a later date; no work will be performed at this time. <br /> 09/03/02 Date of Booher Consulting Work Plan (WP) to perform soil and <br /> groundwater assessment in the ar a of former UST#2. <br /> 09/05/02 EHD approved WP and issued permit for soil and groundwater sampling; <br /> samples will be collected from 4 geoprobe locations. <br /> 09/12/02 EHD performed on-site inspectio during soil and groundwater sampling. <br /> 10/28/02 EHD reviewed Preliminary leve tigation and Evaluation Report prepared <br /> by Booher dated 10/21/02. <br /> 11/21/02 EHD sent letter requiring additioal sampling to further define <br /> contamination and subsurface co ditions. <br />
