SAN J O � � I `II411, Environmental Health Department <br /> C 0 U N 'f y <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> UTILITY TRAILER SALES 1 12608 S HARLAN RD, LATHROP September 17, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed on-site: <br /> The following was observed in the used oil tank area: <br /> -One 55 gallon container with waste diesel observed with no ring on lid. <br /> -One 500 gallon used oil tank with fill tube and used oil filter drainer lids both observed opened. <br /> The following were observed in the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -Three 55 gallon containers with used oil observed with no lids for the bunghole. <br /> -One 55 gallon container with used coolant observed with no lid for the bunghole. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and <br /> storage, except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br /> when not adding or removing waste.
