The containers <br /> were: <br /> The following were observed in the used oil tank area: <br /> -One 55 gallon container with waste diesel observed with no hazardous waste label. Operator corrected this by <br /> putting a complete hazardous waste label on it. <br /> The following were observed in the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -Three 55 gallon containers with used oil observed with no hazardous waste label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
