Paul, In reference to the Notice of Violation (PR0517272) issued to the Flying J Travel Plaza located at 15237 N Thornton Rd in Lodi on 04/15/2020,Jones Covey has resolved the following: • The Notice of Violation issued on 04/23/2019 that was not responded to—please see below email from William Reeck to Stacey Rivera dated 05/24/2019 demonstrating that all portions of the violation had been resolved within 30 days. • The leak detected in the UDC in dispenser 13 has been resolved. The leaking impact valve was replaced on 05/04/2020. The line was purged and no further leaks were found.
