The RWQCB has referred the site back to the <br /> Department to allow the Department to make a final determination <br /> regarding its requirements for site remediation. However, <br /> additional information is required before the Department can make <br /> a final determination regarding the site's status. <br /> On June 27 , 1991, the Department approved the Preliminary <br /> Endangerment Assessment Report for the site provided that a <br /> number of conditions were met (see enclosure) . The first <br /> condition has been met now that the RWQCB's investigation is <br /> completed. Please submit documentation which demonstrates that <br /> the remaining conditions listed in the Departme^t' s June 1991, <br /> approval letter have been met.
